This role owns the USD 180M Income Statement for AGCO’s Harvesting Business across Europe. Lead monthly close, forecasting, annual planning, and outlooks. Deliver sharp variance analysis (price, mix, volume, cost, FX) with narrative that moves leaders from insight to action. Establish forward-looking risks & opportunities and recommend mitigation or acceleration plans. You will partner across brands and functions—Manufacturing, Commercial, Pricing, and Product—to translate complex data into clear insights, influence decisions, and drive proactive recommendations that improve margin, price realization, and profitable growth.
