Business Consultant/Solution Consultant (Japanese and English Speaking)

Overview

The RELEX team in APAC is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Consultant with business-level proficiency in English and Japanese to join our regional consulting team. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. You’ll manage software implementation projects across the full project lifecycle in the field of retail supply chain, driving customer value through process design, configuration of RELEX solutions, training delivery, and business case realization. You will be part of a high-performing, international team and have the chance to work closely with iconic Japanese retailers and wholesalers. This is an ideal role for a hands-on, analytical, and customer-oriented consultant who wants to help businesses evolve their planning processes and make a real impact.
