JOB PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES:

The Business Consulting team has a key role and a strong contribution to the Sales win rate. They must understand customer needs and aligns them with the spectrum of France Product and Service offerings.

In this pre-sales position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll/HR, absence management and integration with other multinational ADP offerings.

The main focus area of the Business Consultant (BC) supporting France is to assist Digital Sales teams (up to 350 ees) with RFP answering (request for proposal) BoB (best of breed) offerings Decidium and ADPLink.
