Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee collection operations for vehicle finance portfolios, including commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and two-wheeler loans.
• Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts and achievement of collection targets assigned to the branch.
• Monitor delinquency, bucket-wise performance, and portfolio quality to minimize NPAs and credit losses.
• Lead, train, and motivate collection executives, field staff, and agency partners to improve recovery performance.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies for soft collections, hard collections, and repossession cases.
• Conduct regular review meetings with the collection team and track daily recovery performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve repayment-related issues through negotiation and settlement discussions.
