Business Banking Workout Support I

**Overview:**

Provide support to Relationship Managers, Workout Officers, Collection Specialists and Legal Liaisons. Research, gather, prepare and validate appropriate documentation associated with the workout strategy.

**Primary** **Responsibilities** **:**

+ Support Workout and Collections – facilitate work between the two groups.
+ Upload new assignments to system of record, insuring all customer data and files are in place. Generate system maintenance requests in preparation for file hand-off/assignment.
+ Coordinate the disposition of completed files based on department reporting. Scan and warehouse appropriately.
+ Authorize or decline transactions through the overdraft process; prepare a management report to identify patterns of overdraft activity.
+ Prepare payments received and/or deposit account offsets.
+ Prepare check requests, demand letters, appraisal orders and bankruptcy proof of claims.
