This role ensures alignment between business strategy, market segment strategy, and enterprise capabilities, enabling transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This is a critical role in aligning strategic business objectives with operational execution across highly regulated healthcare domains such as Medicaid, Medicare, and Integrated Specialty services. This role supports the development and implementation of business capability models, business processes, operating frameworks, and transformation roadmaps that enable the client to deliver compliant, scalable, and member-centric solutions for Integrated Specialty.
