Title: Business Analyst(Forex, Payments Domain) Location: Sao Paulo,Brazil(Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Description · Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; produce functional specs and process maps. · Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements. · Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies. · Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. · Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs. Requirements · ~3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments. · Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. · Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus. · Professional English required.
