Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, Agile environments, and API/microservices projects. This role is part of the Confirming BAU team and focuses on functional analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce detailed documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog (user stories, epics, tasks).
• Validate requirements with business teams.
• Develop functional designs including data models and interfaces.
• Define integrations, system flows, and dependencies.
• Participate in defining operating models and procedures.
