Responsibilities

• Review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request
• Manages their Dashboard daily and update accordingly
• Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed
• Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs
• Documents project extracts, company, and contact records.
• Maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting Customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements.
