Were seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Appian expertise to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading banking client. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Appian workflows and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Map current vs. target-state processes and define Appian aligned solutions. Collaborate with Appian developers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility. Facilitate workshops, user story creation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
