• Experience8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or wealth management environments.
• Domain knowledge Mid to expert level understanding of wealth management business processes, products, platforms, and client/advisor workflows
• Stakeholder management Proven experience managing communication with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• BA capability Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support
