Business Analyst

Working as a Business Analyst, you will:

• Gather input from business stakeholders and translate it into clear, structured functional documentation.


• Design, refine, and document new features and system behaviours based on business needs.


• Create analytical models using UML and BPMN to support engineering teams in solution design.


• Query and analyse data from SQL databases, BigQuery, CSV files, and other sources to extract insights that guide decision-making.


• Support developers and testers by ensuring technical specifications are complete, accurate, and easy to interpret.


• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and actively participate in problem-solving and process improvements.
