Business Analyst

We're recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis across major HR, Payroll, Finance and Health & Safety transformation projects for a leading industrial and engineering services organisation.

This is a business-facing role with a strong focus on change management, system adoption, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work in a complex, operational environment, helping move the organisation from fragmented, manual systems to a modern, integrated platform.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end business analysis & process mapping
• Requirements gathering & gap analysis
• Stakeholder management across all levels
• Change impact assessment & adoption support
• Business case development & proposal writing
• Strong communication and ability to speak the language of the business
• Finance, payroll, or mining/construction experience preferred
