We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Voice with strong expertise in OSS/BSS and telecom process design.
Location: Remote (No Dual employment as UAN is required)
Experience: 5–6 years OR 11–12 years
Salary:
- 5–6 yrs: ₹1 Lakh/month
- 11–12 yrs: ₹2 Lakh/month
Requirements
Must Have Skills:
- Voice domain expertise
- OSS / BSS Business Analysis
- Process design experience
Preferred Skills:
- Telecom B2B experience
- Experience with Colt / BT / Lumen projects
