Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate stakeholder alignment, perform critical solution analysis, and design improvements that enhance functionality and efficiency. From writing functional specs and process flows to defining REST/JSON APIs and analysing integrations, your work will guide delivery teams from concept to deployment. You’ll operate within Agile and Scrum frameworks, support version control best practices, and contribute to BDD and TDD artefacts. Strong communication skills, risk management awareness, and confidence in complex environments are essential.
