Provenmercial experience working as a Business Analyst ideally within the Insurance domain (specifically Pensions). The ability to gather, prioritise, and manage business requirements through workshops, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Previous experience working on Unisure migrations. The ability to analyse and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimisation solutions that enhance service delivery. Strong data interpretation skills to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across project phases.
