What you'll do

The Transportation Ecommerce Operations Team is trusted with managing the relationship between the Corporation and all our Courier Partners. This involves managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce last mile execution, replenishment activities and all transportation that leverage courier small parcel. Our team creates, reviews and enhances standard operating procedures that support our daily operations. Our Team supports the ongoing development of our Courier Capacity; our goal is to build and support a reliable, robust, and dependable network of selected couriers that will help us to deliver a great customer experience.

Our team provides strong project management and subject matter expertise in support of multiple key initiatives across all banners in support of the Corporation’s True North Strategy.
