Job Description
We are seeking a highly communicative, outgoing Business Analyst. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and confidently driving conversations to clarity. This role plays a critical role in translating business needs into delivered solutions across a large, complex enterprise environment for a Centre of Excellence.

Day‑to‑day:
 • Partner with Lines of Business across a Big 5 banking client to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to eForm and eSignature use cases
 • Act as the primary requirements owner, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for delivery teams
 • Lead backlog management activities including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and supporting sprint planning
