Business Analyst/ Test Manager

Job Title: Business Analyst/Test Manager ( 1 Year contract with a possibility of extension)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Business Analyst / Test Manager
to play a dual role on two of our strategic projects:
Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration)
and
Digital Loan Origination
. You'll be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle and ensuring the quality and integrity of our new platforms. This is a critical position that requires a hands-on approach to both business analysis and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:
  Lead discovery sessions to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for the payment and loan origination platforms.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy. This includes preparing test plans, creating detailed test scripts, and coordinating UAT with business stak...
