Job Description

 The Business Analyst for Student Success Systems serves as the primary bridge between the institution’s technical teams and the core functional areas of Academic Advising and Registrar’s Office. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the technology systems that support the student lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure that technical solutions align with institutional goals, enhance staff efficiency, and improve the overall student experience.
