Role Mission:

We are lookingfor a Senior Business Analyst to join our Delivery & Business Enablement (DBE) team, supportingStarHubs Consumer Journeysacross the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

You will lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from business discovery and stakeholder alignmenttosupportingsolution definition and post-release validation ensuring delivery teams are enabled with high-quality, testable, and traceable requirements.

You will play a critical role in shaping digital journeys for key consumer platforms such as the StarHub App and eShop, with a focus on self-service, digital onboarding, usage insights, billing, support, and renewals. Responsibilities:
