• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Consulting, Application Support, or a related role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and UAT.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and data analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
• Basic Python knowledge for automation and analysis, or a demonstrated ability to learn technical tools quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
