What We Are Looking For Required Experience & Skills At least 3 years of experience in FX Markets (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, or eFX). Proven experience defining API requirements and working with integration teams. Medium-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and in a structured manner. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic trading platforms, market connectivity, or algorithmic trading. Experience using AI-based productivity tools in daily workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Rovo). Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting FX (e.g., MiFID II). Familiarity with Agile delivery models within financial services. Knowledge of SQL or Python for data validation is a plus.
