- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- +3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the finance/banking sector ;
- Strong knowledge of banking products or capital markets and banking accounting;
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
