Business Analyst

About the Role

Ayvens Digital & IT is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive value through continuous product and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and other artefacts (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, RTMs) mapped to Ayvens Global Process Structure (GPS).
• Ensure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, defining or supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
• Analyze data and collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement in product and process performance.
