Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (Banking) is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support banking systems and digital initiatives. The role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear requirement definition, effective solution design, and successful delivery aligned with banking processes and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Analyze banking business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and expectations
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
Support solution design discussions and implementation planning
Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions
