+ Analyze computational design systems, identify and document needs from both business and technical stakeholders, and lead development teams’ daily activities through Agile processes.

+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating concepts into understandable language for both parties.

+ Develop a fundamental understanding of technical systems and business processes.

+ Elicit user and technical requirements for new initiatives and ad hoc requests from multiple internal practices.

+ Document requirements and technical details with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
