- Lead testing activities and ensure complete QA documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Analyze and document processes, gather functional specifications, and prepare test cases.
- Monitor and resolve client issues promptly while managing expectations and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Min. Diploma in Computer Science or similar
・Min. English in Business Level Proficiency (able to communicate fluently with foreigners without any difficulties)
・Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in the SME IT Solutions industry, experienced in handling projects including gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
