We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in E-commerce Retail and Supply Chain systems. The candidate will work closely with business users, product managers, and technical teams to support system configurations, analyze issues, and drive feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand end-to-end business processes related to E-commerce, Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain.

● Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for new feature development or enhancement requests.
