Business Analyst

• Must have: Knowledge of GI products (Motor, Health, Travel), policy lifecycle (quote issuance renewal)
• Must Have : API hands-on experience as most of the project requirements will be about API integrations
• Bancassurance model awareness is must, any experience on it is a plus point
• API & Integration (Must-Have): Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON. Experience in bank/NBFC API integrations
• Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories and able to write concise requirements
• Able to drive discussions, manage sign-offs, Worked with banks, tech teams, vendors
• Experience in UAT planning, execution, defect triage, Go live planning
• Handles integration issues, RCA, debugging (real life production issue resolution example)
• Experience in Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming
