Business Analysis & Requirements
Elicit, document, and translate requirements for integration, event-driven, and data-pipeline systems into precise user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Produce data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process maps using Lucidchart or equivalent tools. Define data sync rules, processing patterns, error-handling strategies, and retry behaviours for Azure-based integrations. Maintain and govern Data Dictionaries in alignment with the organisation's Data Governance standards. Support UAT: write test scenarios, coordinate sign-off, and document defect triage outcomes. UX & Visual Design Collaboration
Produce wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and user-flow diagrams in Figma for UI and internal tooling initiatives. Translate backend data models and API contracts into intuitive screen flows and interaction designs. Work with developers to validate t...
