Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Graduate in mathematical related fields OR
• 2-4+ years experience in data analytics, business analysis or a similar analytical role, ideally within employee benefits, retirement funds, healthcare consulting or financial services.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query, macros desirable).
• Strong PowerPoint skills with a track record of creating executive-level presentations.
• Experience with data extraction, cleaning and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.
• Understanding of retirement funds, healthcare plans and benchmarking is a strong advantage.
