Morgan McKinley are seeking strong Business Analysts for a leading client with a strong presence in Dublin City. This is a highly visible piece of work as a part of a growing team. The role: Rolling 6 month day rate contract Location: Dublin city (x2 days onsite per week required) Rate: DOE The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, customer-facing, and skilled at identifying inefficiencies, uncovering root causes, and translating business challenges into practical solutions and have a a strong background in process mapping, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities: include facilitating workshops, documenting and analysing current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimisation, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
