Business Analyst - Digital Channel

About the role SarvaGram's Digital Channel is the direct interface between the company and its rural borrowers - the Customer App, WhatsApp communications, and the marketing systems that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign management. This is the fastest-moving, highest-visibility part of SarvaGram's technology product and the one that rural borrowers interact with directly every day. Senior PM - Digital Channel, SarvaGram's most senior PM, leads the Nexus squad and owns this channel. His stakeholders span Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support - each with its own pace, vocabulary, and set of demands. The Digital Channel BA exists to manage this incoming flow - conducting discovery, writing requirements, mapping user journeys, and delivering structured, ready-to-refine inputs to PM.
