Business Analyst, Client KPI Reporting M/F

Job Overview

Position: Local Lead – Client KPI Reporting.

Region: Lux, Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Contract Period: 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly client KPI reporting cycle: data collection (structured and unstructured), data validation, report production and review.
• Generate client KPI reports and MIS Client Reporting using VBA macros, SQL, Microsoft Access, and KPI Datamart (Oracle).
• Maintain End‑User Computing (EUC) systems, Microsoft Access databases and SQL scripts to incorporate client‑requested changes.
• Collaborate closely with Global Client Operations business lines to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data and information.
• Meet with global client managers to discuss new reporting and change requirements.
• Set up new Client KPI reports in Olis Dish Dash.
