Role Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a trusted advisor by analysing and optimising business processes, translating business needs into effective, system‑aligned solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that drive efficiency and value. The role also involves configuring and testing system functionality, supporting delivery through training and change management, and contributing to successful project outcomes.
