Business Analysis Manager

Key responsibilities l Drive end-to-end project execution with strong ownership, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs, to support CA businessl Develop, integrate, and maintain comprehensive business analysis based on internal and external market and sales data, enabling effective performance tracking and issue identification.l Engage proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand unmet business needs, and lead ad hoc project teams to deliver data-driven solutions with clear KPI tracking mechanisms.l Develop and refine robust forecasting models to support business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.l Communicate insights and recommendations effectively with sales and marketing teams to enable data-driven decision-making.l Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
