Description We are looking for a Business Account Specialist II to support electric service requests and deliver a high standard of customer service for clients in Providence, Rhode Island. This Long-term Contract position focuses on coordinating service-related activities, preparing cost and design documentation, and helping move projects through the fulfillment process efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hybrid environment, communicates effectively across teams, and uses Outlook and Excel confidently to manage details, reporting, and follow-up.
