Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, colleagues, and visitors in accordance with local traffic laws and hotel policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, vehicle boarding, and general concierge‑related requests when required.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned hotel vehicles through regular inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents occurring during the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well‑being of passengers, colleagues, and members of the public.
• Coordinate closely with the Concierge and Security teams to ensure smooth transportation operations and guest satisfaction.
