About the Role

The Bus Aide plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers travelling on Horizons West school bus services. Working closely with the driver, the Bus Aide provides supervision, behavioural support, and assistance to passengers—particularly those with mobility challenges—while upholding Horizons West’s values of safety, professionalism, and care.

Duties

• Maintain a safe and positive environment, assisting with vehicle access and managing passenger behaviour according to guidelines.
• Ensure proper use of restraints, fasten seatbelts, and check documentation for restrictive devices....
