Bureau de Change (BDC) Sales Executive (Nationwide)

We're hiring Bureau De Change (BDC) Sales Executives across airports in Malaysia, including KLIA, KLIA 2, and Penang International Airport.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies.
• Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets.
• To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB.
• Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs.
• Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints.
• Develop and build long-term relationship with customers.
• Manage offsite BDC whenever required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holders in any discipline.
• SPM holders with minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail sales or customer service, are encouraged to apply.
