**Description**

The Field Executive Training Manager helps Field employees cultivate their training skills and knowledge. They provide complete training to the Field on brand product, artistry and services in order to prepare the Field to deliver brand education. In addition, the Field Executive Training Manager will evaluate the Field’s expertise through certification process to oversee training quality for the brand. The Field Executive Training Manager will deliver advanced specialized brand trainings and Seminars, as needed to drive Retail Sales.

Create a quarterly training plan that aligns Field training needs with business goals and budget.

Teach Field Employees (All Markets) skills such as product expertise, artistry, application and service experiences.

Train Field Employees (All Markets) through meetings and on-the-job training to deliver education content created by the brand for all channels and target students.
