Reporting to the Petroleum Division Manager, the Bulk Petroleum Coordinator is responsible for:
Day to day execution of bulk petroleum and cardlock administration, including answering customer calls, order requests, driver dispatch, and delivery prioritization.Coordinates bulk petroleum division team members to ensure critical tasks and work flows are completed on time, including participation in regular team meetings, as well as communication and collaboration with departments across North Central Co-op to ensure alignment and adherence to company standards, policies, procedures, brand expectations, and service requirements. Supporting strong member and customer relationships through exemplary service to new and existing members and providing practical solutions in bulk petroleum administrative functions.
