Building Technician

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works, including painting, plumbing, air‑conditioning servicing, electrical repairs, and upkeep of fixtures and equipment to support smooth daily operations.
• Conduct hands‑on routine inspections, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of building services, machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational standards, and ensure other building services are functioning efficiently at all times.
• Report any security concerns, defects, or asset irregularities promptly.
