Building Surveyor - Senior position

Our client is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or B.Sc Building Surveyor (ideally UK educated). They provide Chartered Building Surveying services to property investors, owners, tenants, financiers and asset managers.

• Commercial Building Inspections & Reporting

• Good technical level of expertise required

• Technical Due Diligence experience an advantage

• ‘Blue chip’ client base

A Chartered Building Surveyor is required to assist a team with professional reporting instructions.

Requirements:

o Relevant Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience

o MRICS qualification would set you apart.

o A demonstrated ability to assess large complex commercial, retail and industrial assets

o Remedial engineering experience would be advantageous.

o Ability to write and present a cohesive, coherent and technically sound report
