About the Role This is a dual-track position, ideally suited to a building surveyor who enjoys balancing structured project delivery with hands-on professional work. You'll split your time equally between: Client-Side Estate Projects (c.50%) Delivering external decorations, planned maintenance, and life-cycle projects on commercial, retail and residential buildings for one of the London 'Great Estates' Acting as embedded surveyor for a prestigious estate client Carrying out site inspections, managing contractors, and overseeing project quality Liaising directly with the client and reporting progress to the Director Traditional Consultancy Surveying (c.50%)...
