Building Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, including HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical distribution, compressed air, ventilation, and plumbing outside GMP areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, fit‑and‑finish, and preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards, monitor alarms and performance data, and perform troubleshooting to prevent failures.
• Manage security systems (access control, badge platforms, CCTV, intrusion detection, visitor management) and coordinate vendors.
• Oversee fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, pumps, emergency lighting) and ensure NFPA, OSHA and local compliance.
• Lead emergency preparedness activities, drills, and documentation.
• Allocate workspace: offices, production support, locker rooms, conference spaces; maintain space‑usage data.
