Amazon is seeking a Buildings Services Manager to join the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in Mexico. The Buildings Services Manager will have a high work capacity while being detail‑oriented and agile to manage business changes and drive initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network — leading root cause analysis of electrical incidents, governing preventive maintenance programs for power distribution systems, and partnering with utility companies and vendors to improve power quality and reduce downtime.
• Manage electrical energy indicators — monitoring consumption, contracted vs. vigente demand, power factor, power quality (harmonics, voltage variations, transients), and costs per site — identifying deviations, proposing corrective actions, and directing energy efficiency initiatives across the network.
