Within our Facilities Management division, the Southeast Core team plays a crucial role in the day‑to‑day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client’s sites – as an Electrician. You will be expected to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance to a range of commercial installations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls, carry out first fix where possible and scope quotes for repair where first fix is not possible, ensuring minimum downtime.
• Carry out all planned maintenance tasks as per programme and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
• Work to keep the site in good order internally and externally, meeting specification and ensuring timely completion....
