About the role

Operating and maintaining the assigned real estate portfolio at 144 Front Street, Toronto, ensuring safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment to ensure environmental comfort and safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties and unplanned repairs of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all machine, electrical, pump rooms, and vacant suites.
• Inspect the building and equipment to identify required maintenance or repairs and report to Operations Manager.
• Maintain outdoor air ventilation per guidelines and adhere to filter replacement schedules.
• Respond promptly to tenant and property management requests, including emergency calls.
• Foster strong tenant relationships through direct engagement.
